A new highly polished desk stood in the front lobby. It almost shone like a mirror when you looked at it. Ms. Ancilla was writing a note for Kyle's teacher thinking how she wanted to word it.

A welcome packet was on the desk next to her, she had a check in coming though at what time she wasn't sure.

Ms. Ancilla was stowing away files and preparing failure to pay rent notices for the month of July. She was a little late on that this month but since Shush got back and since Kyle had stepped into her life, she had other things on her mind.

Ms. Ancilla sat, her spreadsheet open before her as she added in the residents who had paid rent and those who had not. She kept glancing up though as if she were bored or expecting something.

Ms. Ancilla was dusting off her desk, little picture frames that decorated it with pictures of Shush and pictures of George. A letter have finished laid discarded and forgotten as she cleaned.

Ms. Ancilla was sorting through various filing cabinets in search of something she was sure had been down there the day before. She had a new resident checking in and couldn't get her hands onto the clause agreement in triplicate.

Ms. Ancilla looked bored as she sat behind her desk, her leg swinging back and forth bored. She felt annoyed with herself, it had been ages since she went and heard the sunrise, she missed it every morning by sleeping in. She was getting lazy in her old age.

Ms. Ancilla yawned a little as she sat at her desk, she hadn't planned on such a late check in but residents are residents and they were her life's blood as far as her business went.

Ms. Ancilla sat at her desk, she had a semi dreamy look on her face as if she were lost in thought or time.

Ms. Ancilla looked slightly annoyed at having a check in on a sunday, but she had the feeling that she needed to do it. She sighed heavily to herself, grumbled under her breath but still, it was afterall a penthouse resident so exceptions could be made.
