Dean: Good evening, Fandom from the brothers Winchester. Yep, both of them. Great isn't it?
Sam: Very, very great. Not that New York isn't a lovely place, but it's a lot better to be here.
Dean: Damn straight. No road trips without me. That's a new family rule.
Sam: What if I want to go somewhere with Dawn? Or Peter? Or Dad? ...Okay, that last one probably won't happen, but what about the first two?
Dean: I'll bring Meg along. Or Alec if he's back. It can be a double thing.
Sam: You're going to be like this for a while, aren't you?
Dean: Like what?
Sam: Like you don't want to let me out of your sight. I get that though, I really do.
Dean: Bad things happen when I let you out of my sight. So, yeah.
Sam: That's not always true. We should be celebrating, you know, like everyone else.
Dean: We will. As soon as the squirrels let us go. Apparently they're a little peeved that we weren't available last night.
Sam: Sorry squirrels, I was a little busy being trapped in the past with your pirate leader. Of all the people to end up with Dad and I...
Dean: Hey, at least you had a ready supply of rum that way.
Sam: It was Prohibition, Dean. Not even Vkandis would know what was actually in that alcohol.
Dean: Beggers can't be choosers.
Sam: Oh, I can be very choosy when I want to be, trust me.
School: Not nearly as important as angels
Sam: There were no classes or anything to speak of, since it's Sunday, but it's worth noting here that
Principal Washburn made an announcement this afternoon that the angels have been dealt with. You know, in case the rampant celebrating and sudden return of half the town didn't clue you in.
Dean: Or the fact that you're here doing this broadcast with me.
Sam: Yes, if you need all the clues, go ahead and take them. We don't mind.
Dorms: Once again filled with students living in the right time. Sort of.
Sam:
Luke waited with Vladdie for
Jo to come back, while
Eve was relieved to hear that everything is finally over with the angels.
Jaina got a message from home, although it doesn't say if it was a good message or a bad one. I hope it was good.
Rikku told Reno to text Dojima, and later,
Rikku and Dojima did the texting thing with each other. And no, that's not a euphemism. I think.
Jaina dropped by
John's room to tell him that she has to go home for a few days. So...bad message then. Sorry, Jaina.
Demyx played his sitar, and
Hermione crashed when she came back. Considering what I've been told people did while we were all gone, I think some crashing and resting is well deserved.
Jen introduced herself to
Meg and complimented her on a job well done on their trip. Dawn got a
call from Faith and a
hug from Luke, and while I'm totally cool with that last part, I'm just saying right now that I get all the Dawn hugs for like, the next week to make up for my lost time.
Dean: Sounds about right to me. And let me take this opportunity to just say, "Go Meg!" We'll make you into a hunter type yet.
Sam: I don't know if you're being a good influence or a bad one.
Dean: Don't strain yourself too much worrying about it, Sammy.
Sam: Are you going to worry about me straining myself now too?
Dean: Nah. That I can always jolt you out of.
Sam: Good, because I can only handle so much brotherly worry at once.
Liir got reunited with Andrew while
Ino was clingy with Kabuto, and I don't think anyone can blame any of them for that sort of thing today.
Michael welcomed Ino back, and offered to stay with her, but she said she won't be sleeping tonight. I think that goes for all of us who just took an 80-something year nap.
Dean: Damn straight. We've got celebrating to do.
Sam: You're allowed to sleep, you know. Don't start thinking you have to stay up just because I will.
Dean: I want to.
Sam: And you're not going to complain about how tired you are tomorrow?
Dean: I won't if you won't.
Sam: All right, then I won't, I promise.
Isabel got Parker caught up on all the angel news before
Wyatt came by. But first, Wyatt took
Savannah back to her room, where she was reunited with Johnny.
Annette got her dance on after the announcement, and
Editor Peter was pleased with how everything turned out too. He and
Jamie talked about what happened, and tried to figure out what's coming next. Can we have nothing? Seriously? I think I'd like that very, very much.
Dean: Me too. A break would be really really nice right about now.
Sam: With possibly some nice weather to go with the break? Or would that be pushing it?
Dean: Let's just stick with no life threatening invasions. We can deal with a little rain.
Sam: Yeah, very true. I could go with not getting shoved out of town for quite a while.
Ino went to Kabuto's room, to spend the night with him, while
Sora and
Ron were just happy to be back in their own rooms, and
Namine and Valentine did the reuniting and snuggling thing.
And there was
completely masculine hugging as I finally came home and found Dean.
Dean: Totally masculine, brotherly hugging.
Sam: With back pats and grunting and everything. Really.
Seely woke Aravis up when he came back, which I'm sure she minded terribly.
Karal checked up on Evey, while
Namine checked up on Sora.
Lana finally returned to her own room, and
Rikku returned to happily find Hermione in their room.
Down in the lobby this evening,
Sokka set up punch and pie for all the people who were returning. Dude, that's just awesome.
Reno made sure the punch was spiked, and Sokka told him about his plan to find random statues and smash them for fun. I can't really find any problem with that logic, to be honest.
Dean: Me neither. Smashing statues and pie, sounds like a party to me.
Sam: The punch is just like a bonus.
Sky and Sokka got each other excited about everyone coming back, and
Reno asked Sky if he had anyone in particular coming back for him.
Billy and Sokka talked about how glad they are that this whole thing is over, while
Reno tried to get Billy to drink some of the punch.
Sokka filled
Chad in on what happened today, and Chad accidentally mistook
Reno for someone else.
Amber was tired when she came downstairs, but Reno and
Sokka both made sure to raise her spirits, as
Chad warned her about the punch.
Mel got pounced by Sokka, hopefully not in a dirty way, since they were in public, and Reno, of course, tried to get her to
drink the punch.
Dean: That's a whole lotta punch talk.
Sam: I'm going to assume it was good punch, with the booze in it and all.
Dean: Always a plus for punch.
Town: In which there was much glorious kicking of angel ass, finally
Dean: Down in town there was Operation Getting Rid of Ugly-Ass Angel Statues. Teams of
'blinkers' lured the angels into position.
Team one was Gwynn and Anders, Makoto and Adam, Faith and Shawn, Katara and Zuko, Yondaime and Peter Parker,
Team two was Cable and Sulley, Inara and Evey, Isabel and Johnny,
Team three was G'Kar and Bond, Jaina and Sergil, Sheppard and Gavin, and
Team four was Liz and Sokka, Reno and Rikku, Luke and Vala.
The teams lured the angels to a pre-arranged
location, where
teleporters were lined up and waiting for the angels and the blinker bait.
Ghanima tried to reassure Namine that she'd do fine as they waited. Finally the blinker teams lured the angels into a circle and then the
teleporters teleported them out, leaving the angels all looking at each other. Which means they're now frozen forever and we have a
tacky new decoration in the preserve. Hopefully one all the birds hereabouts will crap on. And to get us started in that vein,
a dog has already peed on the statues. I don't think it was Scout, but I suggest that's a good place to walk him to do his business, Sammy.
Sam: I was going to say, I think I have a brand new place to walk him.
Dean: See? Great minds think alike. Also,
Yitzhak got all glammed up and danced around the statues, throwing glitter. O....kay. Let's just stick to using them as a bathroom, okay?
In non-kicking-angel-ass town news,
Peter Petrelli did a whole lot of drawing while Nathan watched over him. Watching over little brothers? Always a good thing to do. Never know when they're going to get themselves disappeared.
Sam: You make it sound like I wanted to disappear.
Dean: Nah, but still. One second there, the next... But you're back now so it's all good.
Fraser waited for Robin who is not a frog to come home and they had a happy reunion, while
Arashi paced at home until Deadpool showed up and there was glomping. Yeah, a lot of that going around.
Arashi also went by Cable's to tell him that Deadpool's okay.
Dale got back to his apartment and put on a pot of coffee, then
Faith showed up and brought even more coffee. Dude, that's a lot of coffee. Not planning on getting any sleep tonight? Though, knowing Faith, that would probably be a given even without the caffiene.
Sam: Dude, you don't need to give her a reputation over the radio.
Dean: It's Faith. She likes it.
Liir was at the Perk waiting for someone, and
Glitch greeted him with a hug, and they discussed being away.
Apu opened T&C while
Tom was still snoring in the Pizza Planet. Hopefully not actually in the pizza.
Anders showed up at Caritas and got pelted with an olive from Tino. He then made alcohol free for anyone who had a part in this whole angel thing. Hey Sammy? We should totally go out for free booze when we finish here.
Sam: ...I guess it's better than going and paying for it.
Dean: Free is always good.
Eve came in to hang out before Savannah got back and bitched with Anders about Fandom and Tino. There was also more pelting of Anders with olives.
Robin who is a frog came in and
sang and tried to keep Anders from being prejudiced about all statues. Actually, at this point, a statue looks at me sideways, I'm blowing it up.
Sean got a glass of ambrosia and told Anders that his sister had to be rescued. Yeah, Sean, there's a lot of siblings that needed rescuing this week.
Sam: And we all got rescued. It was a job well done, okay?
Dean: Yeah. And my heartrate will eventually slow down, I'm sure.
Robin who is a frog introduced himself to G'kar and taught him about banjos.
G'kar also had some ambrosia to celebrate the triumph of logic and strategy over dumb statues. Which is great, yeah, but it's just not as satisfying when you don't get to blow them up.
Sam: Okay. Please tell me you didn't try to blow the statues up while Dad and I were gone?
Dean: Hey, it passed the time.
Sam: Let me guess - the fact that you could have blown yourself up never entered your mind.
Dean: Please. I know what I'm doing.
Sam: That doesn't make explosives less dangerous, though. You still could have gotten hurt.
Dean: It was something I needed to do, okay?
Sam: Have you gotten it out of your system? Will you be okay now?
Dean: Yeah, as long as you and Dad aren't vanishing.
Sam: We won't. Not again, I swear.
Dean: Good.
Adam wanted booze but Anders wanted to make him a smoothie instead. I say compromise and make him a alcoholic smoothie. And to just be completely unpredictable and contrary, when
Hoshi came in looking for people, Anders wanted her to have alcohol.
Later in the evening a drunken
Eve sprawled on the couch in the lounge and
Lana came in to share her adventures with Anders who was very drunk, but sympathetic. And olive pelted.
At the clinic,
Doogie was there in the day with books and
Adah was there in the evening with her research samples.
Sam: I will say one thing about the angels: at least they didn't make the clinic overflow.
Dean: Guess that makes a nice change in one way.
Sam: I really am ready now for the change in which nothing bad happens at all.
Dean: Yeah. Some peace and quiet would be really nice.
Sam: Do you think we'll find some temporary peace and quiet at Caritas?
Dean: If we don't, we'll at least have free booze.
Sam: I guess that's all I can ask for right now. Do you want to say good night to everyone listening?
Dean: Night everyone. Welcome home those who've been gone.
Sam: Yes, welcome home everyone.

OOC:
London, 1899: Doom brought a message to Alexander Hartdegen, and everyone entered the stasis pods.
London, Today: Vala, Zoe and Bond showed up to wake everyone up from stasis.
