Hi, everyone. This is Tahiri, one last time before I head home, and looking at the calendar I'm two days short of being able to sign off with a pun. That's a shame. Someone'll have to make it for me.
Starting off with the dorms, because there are no school-related activities to report,
Gwen was in her room, packing up to leave.
Cassandra was sorry to see she's going so soon, and Gwen told her that getting an alien infection was basically the last straw. I can't say I blame her.
Ringo was -- oh, Sithspawn -- packing up Kathy and Raven's room, and found some packages Kathy had been keeping for friends, including
Dante, who was kind of snippy at her. It's understandable. We don't always handle grief gracefully. Some of us take a vacation to the Dark Side. He ended up taking the envelope Kathy left for him, even if Ringo offered to put it in storage so he wouldn't have to deal with it.
Alluka came by to see if Kathy was back, and didn't really handle it well when Ringo had to . . . explain to her that she might not be coming back.
Anders got the packages Kathy left for him, and was on board with Ringo's plans to pack up the room and store everything in town.
Seems Alluka's distress caught Jono's attention. He went looking around town for her to
find her running away from the dorms, and was patient enough to sit with her until she was ready to talk about how she was feeling, and about how she didn't have to worry about losing her room here.
Sparkle was at
Demon Marcus, eating Tootsie Pops and dancing like a man high on sugar until
Atton came by, brought him Thai food, and talked with him about how the dancing was a coping mechanism for how he was feeling about Kathy.
Out at the causeway,
Skaar was leaving, without really making a big deal out of it, although
Rey happened to see him leaving, and offered backup if he ever needed it. He almost smiled. That note has exclamation points next to it.
Stark Industries was busy with Tony doing a bunch of different things involving monitoring and surveillance and Brood extraction devices, and things he wouldn't tell
Rey about when she came in and tried to figure out what he was up to.
Jaina, meanwhile, was at the Perk with her datapad and trying to get messages from home while she's stuck here and how do these things keep happening to you, Jaina?
And . . . well, that's all I've got. I'd say to enjoy your summer, everyone, but . . . well, try to, okay?
