Change to guidelines
Guidelines have been updated.
Previously for contacting nominees we required either an email or a journal with at least one unlocked post. Now LJ has a PM system so we now need either an email or an LJ name (no need for unlocked posts) AS LONG AS THE PM FEATURE IS TURNED ON.
Also previously we didn't accept flocked posts as reference links as the judges may not have access to them and for privacy reasons. Now we have a workaround which has been added to the guidelines.
