The girl from the photo yesterday? Found safe.
The first of those who died in Toowoomba are being buried today. This is the family where the older boy insisted his little brother be saved first. He (Jordan) and his mother were swept away.
More floods up north, but it appears no new communities affected.
Grantham is closed to keep non-residents out so residents can inspected their properties. (Toowoomba flood)

The levees burst this morning in one town (Kerang, Loddon river) where some residents stayed despite warnings.
Warracknabeal (Wimmera and Avoca rivers) is under a warning. ETA I just read that the levee might have burst.
The con men are out and about. Sigh. Don't pay someone who demands money up front!

We don't make the news any more, although there are flood warnings still in effect until the end of the month for places in the state. The BOM will be up-dating all warnings this afternoon.
