I know it must be the killing time
Unwillingly mine
Their story is the beginning, for her.
Their story is the end, for him.
Simon knows where this is all headed even as he rushes down the staircase to her unconscious form. He knows that he will take her home and make sure that she is okay. He knows that he will let her know who he is. He knows where things will go from here. He is not that strong.
Strong would have been waiting for her to wake up wearing his mask. Instead he took a shower.
Strong would have been telling her he could never see her again. Instead he gave her her necklace back.
Strong would have been resisting the call of her skin. Instead he made love to her.
She won't understand, but when he dies for her, she will start to live.
In starlit nights I saw you
So cruelly you kissed me
It is insane, but it feels beautiful.
When he kisses her, it is like he has always been kissing her. The soft press of his lips, the slow slide of his tongue, his hand along her jaw, tilting her head back just right. Being touched, and she doesn't know if it is because no one has touched her in so long, but it feels as if no one has ever touched her like this.
Clothes are strewn around the floor, and he lays her back on the bed. Before she knows it he is pulling her knickers off, and settling between her legs, and her next thought is, improbably, Who would've thought that Simon was so good at this?
He makes her come three times to his one orgasm, and he seems perfectly happy with the turn of events. His skin is so white as she strokes a hand down his chest. Does he never see the sun?
He kisses her, and she smiles against his lips.
The killing moon
Will come too soon
He kisses her one last time, and wishes that he could tell her.
The next time she sees Simon changing in the locker room, she checks how pale his skin is.
