28 Mar - Singaporean heartthrob Lin Jun Jie, also known as JJ Lin to his fans, celebrated his birthday in Malaysia yesterday, 27 March in Wisma Bentley Music Auditorium in Mutiara Damansara with a huge crowd of fans.

Not only did the Mandopop singer-songwriter celebrate turning 31, he also promoted his latest album, "Lost N Found". This saw the singer belting out a couple of songs which included the hit ballad "Never Learn", as well as doing a small dance number to "We Together" for his fans.
JJ Lin also hinted that he may return for a concert in Malaysia next year, after having done with his promotional activities.
The event saw fans from both genders and all ages in attendance, including kindergarten kids, and almost everyone brought presents for JJ Lin. In addition, two different types of cakes decorated with 100 JJ Lin expressions were presented to him.

Most of the presents consisted of Star Wars' merchandise, particularly of Darth Vader, as JJ Lin himself had revealed that he was a fan before through his blog.

When asked about his passion regarding George Lucas' epic space opera further, he said, "My favourite movies of all time are the "Star Wars" movies. I love how I am always anticipating the next instalment because I couldn't guess what would happen next."
He added, "In that same vein, I would love to act in thrillers someday. It would be interesting to keep myself and my viewers and fans guessing as well."

Yesterday's event at Wisma Bentley Music Auditorium in Mutiara Damansara concluded JJ Lin's promotional activities in Malaysia beginning from 25 March. Previous events included a showcase in Low Yat Plaza and Penang Gurney Plaza, as well as a Meet and Greet in 1 Utama's CD-Rama Music Festival.
