movies- another year
Another year, drama. Now this is totally out of the range of 99% of the films on this blog but this absolutely charmed the pants off me. It was strong and poetic, it told of love and loneliness and loss and submission. It showed me something I don’t have and probably never will but it wasn’t gloating about it, it was just sharing, and that’s different. Contrasts, it was a film about contrasts and caring about other people who haven’t done anything wrong but have gone about everything in the wrong way. featuring a fantastic downbeat performance by the splendid david bradley, I loved it. 90/100 IMDB
