So... yeah. We were TTA, but not being super cautious because we were planning on another kid.... just not *right now*. Unexpected but not unwelcome.
Anyway, we've been trying to transfer my son to his own bed at night, which has meant extremely irregular sleep and a lot of missing data. erg. I'm inclined to say I ovulated on CD25, but there are a few things that suggest it *might* have been earlier:
1) We were using condoms at that time. I don't record intercourse with a condom unless something goes awry with the condom, and that did NOT happen. Is it possible to have a condom failure without noticing it?
2) I have been completely migraine-free for the last six weeks. The last time this happened was when I was pregnant with my son. Normally I get almost one per week. I did start a couple of preventive measures at roughly the same time (six weeks ago) including a low-tyramine/histamine diet, a really comprehensive multivitamin, and a trace mineral supplement. Until today, I figured I had finally stumbled on the magic migraine cure. Now I'm not so sure.
3) This was originally two charts, with chart #2 starting at CD16, which was really weird with the apparently 15-day anovulatory cycle. The four days of spotting days 15-18 did not feel like a "real" period. Please forgive the TMI, but it was all *brown*. No fresh blood like I'd have expected from a real period OR an implantation bleed OR something like mittelschmerz (which never ever happens to me). I figured this was because I'd had an anovulatory cycle and basically had no uterine lining to shed. I normally ovulate day 17-19, and my coverline is always, always at 98.0. If that bleed was an actual period, that puts probable ovulation (CD25 on this chart) at what would actually be CD11... which has happened to me only once before in several years of charting-- it'd be way early.
4) Still, CD25 has a lot going for it, especially those four low temps preceding it.
Opinions? Conjectures? Wild theories?
