A Good Night's Sleep
I had such a good night's sleep and I think I am actually a little worried. I went to bed at midnight and work up about 15 minutes ago. I got up once during the night for a brief period. That means I slept for about 9 hours and 45 minutes ago. I can't remember when I last slept that long uninterrupted.
On ever better news then a good nights sleep. I have heard from my mother that my brother is out of Afghanistan. He left on Thursday flying to Dubai. Where he'll send some time decompressing there and will then travel to Cypruss for a short time. Then after that he'll land in Canada at CFB Treton. It's good to know he's out of the danger zone.
