Beating A Dead Horse Over Again And Over Again And It's Already Rotting, Damn Ye!
I find it saddening that I have to write/e'mail a certain ChoicePoint Workplace Solutions (out of North Carolina!) that information they have regarding me is incorrect (notably terms used such as "Theft Incident, Internal, and Refund Fraud").
Thankfully I have the Dismissal Order (ain't gonna lose that baby!) that mentions I was 1) Charged, NOT Convicted and 2) Criminal charges dismissed... as in, no longer any record of, dissolved from all but court records. Even has 10th District Court Judge Hayes' signature plus notation from the Director of Corrections.
Pisses me off now, though, that two known places I applied to used ChoicePoint Workplace Solutions for their pre-employment background checks and did not hire me due to it. Damn Suncoast, you guys are semi-lucky that your business no longer exists.
I guess some things never want to die...
