Seattle Day 3 and 4.
Having to do a slightly longer journal post since I missed a day, lol.
Seattle Day 3:
As you all saw the earlier post that day, I had been getting bad news since 12am in the morning. News I don't want to go into right now at a risk of just upsetting myself and raising my anxiety again. Aye.
Basically, after HOURS of waiting (and a cab that never arrived after being called), my friend and I finally got to meet up with each other. He's actually a friend I met on DA, and where pretty good friends since our meeting in real life years ago (second penpal I have ever met in my life, lol). While our mothers (also friends since the first meeting) went to go drink wine and, you know, mother talk, my friend Tully and I decided to have adventure time and go to the mall. But instead of taking a cab Tully saw the space needle was "5 blocks away" and encouraged us to walk there.
Over 40 or so blocks later and several, SEVERAL, road blocks and other blocks that started ending up looking like a real life version of Paper Boy, he made it to the Space Needle. We decided not to go up into it because they wanted $19 each for a ticket (yeah right, elevator ride aint worth that no matter where it goes). So we mosied around the gift shop and I got something for my lil bro and his gf, who have been helping me with my cosplays as of late, and of course, my love fiance. <3
We then unknowingly headed into the childs musuem, got Startbucks, hopped on the LightRail (a train thats literally in the air on a tiny ass track..feels like a rollar coaster), went to the mall, had a huge crepe in which we shared because they where huge and expensive, mall closed, we left, went into a waterfall, then continued walking around downtown. It was then at one point I realized we where outside the convention center where Sakuracon will be held..we have walked half way across Seattle with the help of one small transportation only (Light Rail). So we took a cab back, had pizza with the mothers, then Tully and I watched Tobuscus on youtube and had many lols, and yeah, they left and I spent the night watching Tobuscus do commentary while playing the game Amnesia..which kept me up all night because it was scary. O_O
Seattle Day 4:
Not much. Lazy day (probably because I didn't get to sleep till 4am last night..lol).
Took the dog for a long walk and did some photography of the water birds around here while at it. Then came back and ended up waiting another hour in the lobby because the cleaning lady who was SUPPOSE to come while I was gone decided to clean the room right when we got back.
Besides that, more Tobuscus playing and commentarying on Amnesia game again, then went out to a fancy restaruant with mom for dinner. We came home, watched Red Riding Hood since it was on TV, and now I am probably going back to Tobuscus again.
Tomorrow we leave after noon back home.. so I'll mostly be spending it packing.. This was suppose to be my writing week but. I need to be motivated, and inspired, which being here HAS done that, but everytime I go to write I draw blanks.. I think though, I might have something for a good small series based off my book "Snow" that I might write out soon and either future it on here or DA. :) We'll see.
Supposly my mom is coming back to Seattle every two weeks now so..I probably end up going with her. :D WHO KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT TIME I VISIT!!
