YMCA doesnt really have gay cowboys and policemen and im dissapointed.
Today felt like one of those summer days. I drove home from school with my air on and the windows down, jamming to Mae and just absorbing the warm sun and blue skies. The only thing that was missing, was the rita's waterice in my hand.
Speaking of that, Don and Bert's opened yesterday under new management. Since i had a sub 5th period, i decided to go check it out. The cheese fries were all i had, but they were just as good as they used to be. Perhaps sitting outside munching on cheese fries reminded me also of the summer days i miss.
My job interview with YMCA went pretty well I think. I was suprised at how much i had to do though. I had to do every carry possible, head splints, laps treading water submerged victim more laps treading water and than getting the brick. I also had to do alot of paper work and answer crazy questions.
Needless to say i did well. The lady liked me alot and the lifeguard i was using as my victim hepled me out alot. People are nice there from what i see, and its never boring because people are always using the pool. She knows Donna which is a plus for me because that crazy woman taught me everything i know. It sounds like i got a job, but Im not going to know for sure until next week. So heres to then.
I guess thats about it for now. New jack johnson stuff came out today and i approve very much so. Its almost like a child soundtrack but he still pulls it off. The music is inspired by curious george the movie. I want to go see it when it comes out.
