Today, I will vote for the first time. It's rather exciting.
I'm also going to the mall. I have to buy something, plus I think I'm going to look at prom dresses... because prom is only 2 months away. It just kind of snuck up on me.
When I went over to Hannah's yesterday, we got into a convo about college and moving on and how things have changed with everyone. Let me tell you, it was an interesting conversation. Now that I have most of my shit together, I've let loose. I actually have friends that I hang out with. I'm having a good time with all the things I'm doing. I'm getting myself back in shape. I'm now taking time for me, rather than spending time managing me. Trust me, there's a difference. I've had a shift in self-orientation. Granted, not everything is together yet, esp. with college stuff. But I feel like I have a better sense of who I am and what I want from my life now. So that's promising.
I must go now. Time to vote then meet Matt at Panera with Chels.
