(no subject)
Avoiding this thing is proving to be challenging as I find myself sneaking on LJ or GJ during work. Oh well.
So my life? Still very mellow but hey, what else is expected when I spend the majority of it working.
This past weekend proved to be somewhat interesting. Given as I finally am earning some decent cash with this new job I took it upon myself to splurge a little. So what did I do?
The only thing that seems to come to me like second nature.
Shopping.
It was really nice to go out clothes shopping. Even though it was really a confidence boosting moment for me when I realized that I have lost a lot of weight and that I'm thinner now than I was in High School. So that's always good.
Matt graced me with is presence while I was shopping so that was nice. I always like hanging out with him, and plus. I missed just seeing him. Even though I did come to the conclusion. When it comes to shopping at a music store. We're like girls. We have the whole: "Oh my god, check this out!" bit going as we hold up random albums. Now just replace the music with clothes and adjust for appropriate gender switches and hey, we're like two girls.
Only not.
Thanksgiving was rather nice. For the most part it was really boring but I got to hang out with Beth so that was nice as well.
What else is there to say about my life? Well, nothing really. Everything is kind of at a standstill and I feel like I'm always busy. But at least things are slowly starting to get resolved. I got a car and now the only thing to do is just you know, finish paying it off. But it shouldnt take me too long. So that's good.
Well, I was trying to update this thing like usual. but alas, words are failing me at the moment. So I'll leave everyone with this:
