Summary: Dionysus is as giddy as a school girl after Aria's voicemail so he goes to say hi to her.
Dionysus swooned. He sighed. His little heart went pitter-patter. The voice mail was very endearing and it made him feel as light as a feather. Ah, requited love! It was a wonderful thing. It inspired the theater god inside of him. He needed to show his love and appreciate for his lovely wife. After all, she wasn't the type to say that so freely! There was only one thing for him to do or at least in his mind there was only one thing to do. How his mind got on this 'logic train' was anyone's guess.
Most of the singers who got up on stage were pretty good. Some sang happy songs, others sang very dramatic songs. Some wore enough make up that they might of well have slapped a mask on their face and others were dressed more casually. The newest person who stepped onto the stage caught the eye of most of the patrons in the club, as well as the workers.
The person's legs looked like they could go on for miles, the outfit the individual had on was fairly revealing. It was a champagne colored dress that came up short about mid-thigh. The singer's hair color was a bright pink that ran down to the back. The heels? Very few women let alone drag queens could pull off high heels those wicked looking. When the song started up the individual's back was to the crowd, within a few lines, the individual spun around.
It was no other than one very glamorous ,looking Dionysus. Unless someone knew him, it would be difficult to tell if he was really a she. Whenever the light hit him, he sparkled thanks to some body glitter and he had just the right amount of eye shadow and mascara on. His eyes roamed over the crowd until he came across a certain bartendress. Then he began to sash-shay across the floor, swaying those hips for all they were worth.
"I say a little prayer for you. The moment I wake up, before I put on my make up."
He paused and pretended like he was putting on some make up.
" I say a little prayer for you. While combing my hair now and wondering what dress to wear now, wear now. I say a little prayer for you."
The crowd began to whistle and clap loudly as he made his way up to the bar and pointed at Ariadne.
"Forever, forever, you'll stay in my heart and I will love you!"
He sang more passionately and reached for one of her hands, lacing her fingers with some of his.
"Forever and ever, we never will part. Oh how I love you! Together, together! That's how it must be, to live without you would only be heart break for me!"
He let go of her hand for a moment and instead placed it over his heart and pretended to look sad. But now the crowd was very into the song and they looked like they were ready to join in at any moment.
