Visiting hours for many Patient Care Units are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Please check with the staff on your unit for details
Only two visitors should visit at a time
If nursing or medical care is to be given, visitors may be asked to leave the room if asked to by the patient or by staff
Check with the Patient Care Unit before bringing young children to the hospital. Children must be accompanied by an adult
If you are feeling unwell, or have been exposed to an infectious disease, please stay home
Visiting hours for special care units and Psychiatry may be different from regular visiting hours. Check with the staff on that unit for the times
General Rules
Visiting hours vary depending on the campus. Our visitor guidelines allow two (2) visitors per patient each day. We ask that you coordinate your visiting with other family members and close friends to ensure our patients have a healthy care environment. In cases when this is not possible, please use the available spaces in the waiting areas to avoid over crowding the patient care areas.
Hand washing is very important. During your visit please use the hand-wash provided at the
’Stop - Squirt - Go’ stations located throughout the hospital.
