As the world turns.
So my work environment is getting interesting. I have learned that they have a list of somesort of people they want to hire on fulltime soon. I am at the top of said list. And from the things they have been giving me to do and the little hints that have been dropped, I have a feeling that I am going to be hired on as a lead.
Thus far they have me,
1. In charge of training the new employees for our dept.
2. Joining in to some of the Lead meating with vendors that support our tools.
3. Monitoring the Leads IM Conversation while they are away.
4. Monitoring the agents on the phones in our dept. when the leads are away
I am rather excited about this and hope that I do get a lead position. Finaly get to be something other than random tech support monkey.
