Not so Secret Secret Identites
Three weeks after his departure for Paraguay Clayton Webb realized a few important things:
1. He probably wasn't going to die.
2. The arms deal was going off without a hitch, even if the arms in question really were three tons of flour.
3. He could probably call Annie from his room now that he knew when he was coming home.
He waited until it was late in Paraguay and therefore late in Virgina, though Annie probably wouldn't mind. He placed the call using a myriad of camouflage techniques. The call was patched through to Annie's personal Smithsonian Line, the secretary letting Annie know that a Lieutenant Abby Cowan was on the phone.
