As I am sure you are well aware, adjacent to our building construction of the first University of Maryland M-Square research campus building is underway. As the natural habitat for various creatures of the woods is demolished, it is natural for these creatures to seek alternative shelter. Unfortunately, this building seems to be a preferred alternative shelter. It has been reported that some of these uninvited guests have found their way into the facility through the loading dock. We have contacted REIT and they are taking steps to necessary to keep these intruders out.
