OK, trust Captain John to take jabs at the bacon baps. You are sublime in your subtle touches, mia kara.
I've been musing about a future drabble you might write, in which Captain Jack is with Nine but gets, at a certain moment, a startling flash-forward (displacing in time, mirroring actions/sensations) to someone who is the same but looks different. And how he would be left feeling, then. Have you ever thought of that one?
Okay, I've never tried that format, but I'll give it some thought. In the free minutes during my day when I am not trying to write grievances. Things being mad right now, those are few. But I love the distraction.
Remind me again what a bap is...? Specificity eludes me.
Gad, that looks delicious. You want funny coincidence? I just ate three of them. Not bacon, but chicken: I had three little buns left over, and two pieces of chicken, and I decided to take the chicken off the bones and make little chicken sandwiches. I just had three chicken baps! heeheehee
That's UK/Commonwealth Countries "bacon," I see. I call that "thinly sliced ham."
I knew it was called Canadian bacon, which always seems funny, since it isn't particulary Canadian. I mean, we have pigs, we have bacon, but no monopoly on it!

Presumably your normal check-in process didn't work properly. It didn't matter - I knew it was you anyway.
A bap is a British sandwich made with a bun. Here's a picture of a bacon bap.
