I would definitely have gone to that talk if I were there, it sounds fascinating.

So... are you going to try Gu Ben Wan? And let us know if it works??

I don't know yet whether I'll be able to find Gu Ben Wan in Ottawa, or how much it will cost. But if I find it... And if I can afford it... I'll let you know how it works.

One of my professors, Dr. Deanna Chang, is from Hawaii and will not listen to anyone who denigrates Chinese medicine. She is, as far as I've personally seen, totally right -- as are you. Remember how a Chinese doctor helped Ken Gale when no conventional doctor could? Yup.

It was a comfort to hear from a medical professional (of any sort) that the many odds and ends of things bothering me might be treatable and curable. It's a nice thought, and I'll hold to it. Can't try the Gu Ben Wan till I get some, when I get home, but I look forward to it.

I haven't talked at all about the detox system I'm on, at the same time - will go into it later, no doubt, but I've been wanting to see what results are like. So far so good.

The detox is working, I think. I'm feeling good, anyway. That's a plus!
