(no subject)
While bored in class, I made a list of all the knicknames of Kimiko I could think of. It came off of this thread.
Kimiko: Kimi, Kim, Kim-kim, Miko, Kiko, Kimo, Moko, Komo, Imi, Ki-ki, Meekers, Miki, Keemers, Mi-mi, Mi. I think Kiko is my favorite, and Imi.
Peaches are my favorite summer food. Grilling is cool, but peaches are peaches, in all their juicy, furry, asymmetrical glory, so delicate they bruise from their own weight. We have about a million and I want to eat them all up at once. ^^
August is almost upon me. I need to rent a beach house out east and take all my friends, cruise up there, and just spend the last few weeks of summer being. Such a wonderful idea. Will it happen? Heck no. Nothing to look forward to except Girl's Camp which is half-planned...last year it rained so much we all had mental breakdowns. Has a rain plan been made this year? NO! Why? Because they leaders just want to take it as it comes. Is this wise, I think? NO!!!
Yay, in two weeks I'll be squatting over latrines, eating chili and cornbread, sweating on trails with a dozen thirteen year-old girls, and fighting the hand-wide daddy-long-legs that invade everyone's privacy...
Such a great summer.
