As for C2E2, and Bat's Day for that matter, you can subscribe, which works something like this (though I am full on my 'regular' circle, I am not full in my 'specials' circles) - I presume you would want full decants:
It's still sort of an unofficial thing that I have not yet gotten around to posting about because I'm waiting to see how many halves I get out of each bottle for the Chaste Moon circle I'm in the midst of decanting. But the basic premise is:
I order or acquire scents - all scents, so regular LE updates, new GCs, BPTP perfumes & inquisitions, event exclusives, retail-onlies, everything! - a bottle of each scent for the first 4 categories, but 2+ bottles of the event or retail exclusives - as soon as possible. I do this so I can have a fast turn around time and I keep the circle small to further facilitate that. I will decant EVERY single scent BPAL releases unless it's something like the Neil Gaiman Dream Experience or Parker Lily.
I reserve half or full decants - your choice - of each scent, and then when the circle is posted and you get around to it, you can remove any scents that you don't want, or in the case of the non-specials, you can increase the amount of certain scents, too. So you are not committed to anything, but you are reserved such that you don't have to worry about missing out on anything or staying up late. If I don't post a circle immediately, I WILL still be decanting, but being on the east coast, I might be asleep if an update goes live after 4 am EST. But I work from home and am nearly always at my computer - and I have the relevant twitter feeds on my RSS so I can find out about any updates ASAP, so I rarely miss out on things!
