avens popovers
Perfect popovers.
My Christmas popovers recipe:
1 cup of flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk of warm milk
3 eggs
whisk rapidly
pour into well-greased muffin tins
475 degrees for 15 minutes
325 for 15 minutes
DONE.
Add Kerrygold butter and drizzle with honey.
[I'll go with cheap butter and agave, if I get around to trying this, and soymilk and ww flour, of course]
