Michael's grandmother called us to let us know that my MIL was kept as an inpatient afterall. Turns out the surgery went well but she was in mondo pain. They gave her Morphine which made her nauseous and that wasn't good. So they kept her as an inpatient now. That's all I got so far. We don't know if she was allowed to go home today or not. Well, here it is. My last day of working before I start my maternity leave. I came in early today to make up some hours and to get cleaned up right away. It only took me about 3 hours to clean off my desk and pack up my stuff. I'm sitting in a naked cubicle now - it's so strange. I was up in Allentown for my last dr's visit today. I'm getting nervous now. I was given my 3rd trimester gift (a nice bag with Enfamil with Lipil and Iron - good stuff...I used it for Ariel and I'll be using it after I'm done nursing Aurora in 6 months too) and some last minute instructions for going to the hospital on Tuesday morning ( Read more... )

NYRF on Saturday was a bit rough on me. It wasn't the heat but the terrain at NYRF coupled with the fact that I was carrying so much stuff with me I felt like a pack mule. I woke up at 4:30am because I had to pee (I know, TMI) and noticed my ankles are back to normal but what's weird is that my feet are not. So I look animated. I have swollen feet and nothing else.
