OK... Red... Time to stop... Sweets... live true to your name and have some compassion. You two have a lot of time to grow up. You are dealing with real adults here and real life. I thought I knew everything when I was in my 20's or even my teens. Life, loss, and growing up has taught me that passion about a subject is better spent on a whole rather than on one person. Bashing Delores and her family is NOT going to change ANYTHING, let alone the state of afairs when it comes to declawing. You are opinionated bitchy women and need to take a good look at why that is. Spend your energies on Digging deep girls and leave Delores out of it

The problem here is the sad fact, that clearly their selfish desire to have a cat in their home is clearly more important than the pain and suffering the poor cat will have to endure.
Unfortunately, Katie and I, who are both knowledgable, and dedicated to the animals in our care - can educate left and right, but people who simply DON'T care if they cause pain to an animal aren't going to change their mind.
It's pathetic, and nauseating that you so-call "adult" folk in your 30's can't see that, while those of us with an actual heart and a compassion for animal's suffering are left to sit back and watch morons continue to disfigure and dismantle parts of their pets because they "feel like it".

Do you belong to a political action group? PETA anyone? If not go ahead and join one... if so join another"

I spend all day every day educating people and rescuing animals. I don't think I need a lecture from you that I'm not doing enough to help animals. That's rediculous.
Why don't you try helping an animal and kidnap that poor kitten before they mutilate it's feet? There's a worthwhile use of time I could get behind.

What is it that you do for a living anyway??? I didn't say you weren't doing enough. I suggested you actually EDUCATE PEOPLE. NOT, FLAME THROW. I'd be interestexd to hear what your "collegues" at your "job" have to say about your personal attacks on Delores and her family. I wonder if that's part of the "EDUCATIONAL TRAINING" you got on how to "EDUCATE" others about animal cruelty.
What formal training do you have and where did you get it? They forgot the class in being tactful, respectful, and persuasive argumentation. Let me know who these folks are.. I think I need to write them a letter or give them a call. And don't throw back the same crap I've heard you say... I want real stuff. Or shut up!

Red wants to be come a cop .. at least that is what a post on her LJ said last night ... before she made it private or took it down. You have no idea how much I want to forward her posts to police departments in Florida where she condones breaking the law, and injuring people. I know I don't want her to be a police officer anywhere I am ... she gives good hard working cops a bad name

Nice how she deflects... Delores didn't flame her... she stated what she was going to do. I think you should forward her words to the police or her mommy and daddy at least.
She needs more education obviously... she can't debate and she can't persuade... she just chooses to make comparisons between two totally different things to get a rise out of people. THEN... she makes assumptions and inflamitory remarks about people she doesn't know and the way she thinks they live. Overprivaledged perhaps??? Insulting me, does NOTHING; it just makes me laugh at how truely unintelligent she really is.

You get "flamed" because you call people who have a different opinion then you do "toothless trailer park" people, "stupid", "fucking dolt", "idiot", "morons" and infer that they are drunk.
