I know. I was here in Canada when it passed for us, years ago and it made not an iota of difference to me except in a good, positive way.
To all those predicting Armageddon now it's law in the US, as if that's the only country God's interested in, um, get over yourself.

I remember hearing about the change in Canada when it happened - two friends of ours had a big fancy wedding as soon as they could. They were beautiful, radiant brides.

It is wonderful to think of how many more weddings there will be! Wedding days are happy days.

I'm proud that my county was one of the first in Texas to start issuing licenses. Lot of weddings happening here today.
