Freedom at last!

I am back from Virginia Beach.  It's about time.

I'm going to attempt to post about the vacation and HP7.  As you read this, though, please be aware of the following:

1.  I just got home from a 10 hour car drive and it is midnight.
2.  I was up until 4am last night finishing HP 7...and barely slept two hours in the car home.
3.  I got pretty carsick.
4.  Ladies...you know what I'm feeling.  .

And with that in mind, here is the story.

I now know why 21-year-olds don't go on family vacations.  Most nights when we came back from what we were doing were spent like this: Dad slept, Scott hogged the TV, Mom read Harry Potter.  Me?  I sat around bored...doing homework!!

Williamsburg was a disappointment.  Maybe because when I went the last time I was there with my middle school class and we got special tours and stuff...or maybe because all my family wanted to do was walk around and not go inside places...or maybe because my mom was acting like a four-year-old.  Either way.  I still wouldn't mind working there, though.  Probably just for a summer.

We went to a Transportation museum and a Navy museum.  I'm not too keen on either.

Busch Gardens was gorgeous....most beautiful amusement park in the world.  It's divided into different sections of Europe...Italy, Germany, Britain, Ireland, Scotland, France, and New France.  So pretty.  Only bad thing about it was that my family doesn't ride anymore, so I couldn't go on anything except the train and the sky lift.  Oh, those coasters looked to die for.  I must take people there later when we can afford it.

The beach was beautiful.  We had a perfect view from our window.  I sat outside every night and read Harry Potter while the waves crashed on the sand.  Absolutely beautiful.

Had one really bad night, though.  Scott went to the pool and I watched Kathy Griffin doing stand up.  When Scott came back, my mom told me to turn it off because it was too mature.  All Kathy was doing was saying shit.  Scott watches Family Guy for god's sake.  Family Guy is so much worse.

Oh, and I bought a kick ass silk wrap.  It can become a skirt, dress, a top...so many things.  And an amazing actor keychain and a cute crab magnet.

...

Y'know, I'm going to rant about the book later.  First comes sleep.

Beware my rant is to come!
