And a quick update. My stress level isn't nearly as high as it ought to be. I have completely forgotten about Wahlstrom's Friday paper and probably ought to start working on that. My next two weekends are filling up very quickly.
We are presenting our one act to Dr. G a week from tomorrow and my lines are still not memorized. I hate these lines...they are hell. What really bugs me is that I'm known throughout the department as the memorization queen. And I feel awful when people say, "Well, you do such a good job with memorizing. I'm sure you'll get it in no time." I am depended upon for my line memorization skills...and I just can't memorize these lines. I'm sure you've had a similar situation, so I'll stop rambling.
Oh, and Dr. Marlatt refuses to let me perform in the MLK celebration because I will be at the ACTF conference (for my minor) on the day of the rehearsal with Concert Choir. Yet, Dr. Cook is letting his students who can't make the rehearsal still sing in the MLK celebration.
