Don't ask me why this is suddenly bothering me so much, but it does. When I was young(er) there was this period in the late 80's when they showed quite a few Eastern European fantasy films on the telly. These films were beautifully made and simply magical, but I never saw again ( Read more... )

Well I don't recall seeing that movie but have you tried searching www.IMDB.com? If it's around then you might be able to find it there. Maybe doing a search on the Keyword Princess and reading some titles might spark your memory. Or of you could remember the name of a character you could do a character search for the name. Wish I could be of more help.

Hi there!

It's been awhile, but I still hang around sometimes. I think I found something, but I only have the German/Czech titles. It could be the Czech movie called "Die Prinzessin und der fliegende Schuster" (or: "Prinzessin Jasnenka und der fliegende Schuster"), the original title is "O princezne Jasnence a létajicim sevci". Maybe this helps?
