"Honey, I'm home," Zachary called out as he walked through the door.

Tim looked up from the blueprints sprawled in front of him, "Hey Z, how was your day?"

Zach grinned but didn't reply, instead opting to head into the bedroom. He toed off his shoes, shrugged off his jacket, undid his bowtie and took off his hat, brushing it off before placing it on the bed.

He then went into the kitchen, grabbing himself an apple and bottle of mineral water before finally sitting down on the couch next to Tim. He leaned back against the arm of the couch and swung his legs into Tim's lap. Tim slowly raised an eyebrow and made a 'what do you think you're doing?' face.

Zach ignored him, opting instead to take a bite out of his apple and looked around for the TV remote. He pouted when he saw Tim holding it in his hand.

"No way, I'm trying to work on a case, you're not watching TV," Tim informed him, placing the remote out of Zach's reach and turning back to his blueprints.

"Accio!" Zach muttered under his breath, grinning in triumph when the remote flew into his hand.

Tim very slowly raised his head to look Zach straight in the eye, "What did you just say?"

Zach plastered an innocent expression on his face and mumbled around a mouthful of apple, "Nothing."

"I'm fairly confident you just said 'Accio!'" Tim said, trying and failing to keep the smirk out of his voice.

"I think you'll find that you are mistaken Timothy," Zach countered easily, but Tim didn't miss the slight blush that suddenly colored Zach's cheeks.

Tim didn't say anything, but he rolled his eyes at Zach before returning to his blueprints, picking up a pen and marking a few circles on the plans. Zach took a drink and very pointedly didn't look at Tim. He frowned and pouted.

"Okay fine, I said accio," Zach admitted and Tim grinned lazily in victory.

"I know," Tim answered without looking up.

Zach nudged him with his foot, "But so what if I did, you know how to speak Elvish."

Tim kept a straight face, "That was necessary for a case, there was a murder who left clues in Elvish."

"Mmmhmm, I'm sure there was," Zach replied, sounding entirely unconvinced.

"Shouldn't you have said "remote to me" backwards anyway?" Tim asked, trying to change the topic.

"Actually," Zach said, his voice dropping into teacher mode, "summoning spells are quite different from usual magic, if the object is already in existence, when most magicians learn to summon they choose their own word, in order to focus their magic and make it easier to summon."

"And you picked accio?" Tim asked, still not looking away from his work.

"I was young! The books had just come out!" Zach snapped defensively.

A small smirk made its way across Tim's lips, and he carefully settled the blueprints into a neat pile. He placed his hands on Zach's legs, and turned towards him.

"Mmm, you know, I bet you'd look great in a robe," Tim murmured, licking his lips.

Zach managed to look horrified and confused at the same time, "Oh god, don't even-"

Tim cut him off by running a hand firmly up Zach's legs, stopping right at the top of his thigh. Zach whimpered low in his throat and watched with widened eyes and Tim managed to extradite himself from under Zach's legs and reposition himself straddling them, all without moving his hand.

He eyes Zach from under lowered lashes and whispered, "You can be Draco and I'll be Harry."

"Shut up," Zach whined, burying his face in his hands.

Tim shifted his leg forward so it was pressed between Zach's thigh and then leaned forward until his mouth was level with Zach's throat, "I'm sure you know a simple binding spell, and I always loved the things you can do with your wand."

Zach went slack-jawed for a moment, then hastily shook his head as if to clear it. Tim licked a long line from Zach's adam apple to his ear, smiling against his throat when he felt Zach shiver.

"I could give you some broomstick riding lessons," Tim suggested, and Zach felt as Tim's mouth twisted into a grin.

"Please stop talking," Zach pleaded, then muttered something under his breath and Tim found himself falling onto the empty couch.

He raised his head with a groan and saw Zach standing across the room, scowling at him.

"You're perverted," Zach told him bluntly.

Tim chuckled and sat up, stretching out over the couch and fluttering his eyelashes at Zach. Zach's scowl deepened.

"I thought you had work to do," Zach reminded him.

"It can wait," Tim dismissed it, "Come on Z, I want to see what you can do with that wand."

"I don't even have a wand!" Zach threw his hands into the air in frustration.

"Will you come over here if I stop?" Tim asked.

Zach answered by returned to Tim's side and allowing Tim to manhandle him back onto the couch. Zach settled himself between Tim's legs and smiled, leaning forward to kiss Tim.

The next day Zach booted up his laptop whilst Tim was making them coffee, a browser opened as soon as the desktop was loaded. The page was open to a dark green background and long passages of text. He blinked in confusion and read a sentence at random under his breath, "Draco smiles sharply as he traces lazy patterns cross Harry's back-"

"Timothy Jackson Wayne I am going to do horrible things to you!" Zach shouted.

Tim chuckled.
