Him. Tall. Bronzed, full-lipped, beautiful. Saccharine smile on a moonsweet face, embroidered delicate as lace and fiery as thunderstorms. His eyes would see right through me. Lucifer. His voice is chimes on the wind; makes me stop. Makes me feel. I wrote this during a free-association writing period I had (when I was supposed to be studying -- my exams are in 2 weeks and I don't know shit). I was, of course, writing about... well, now I'm embarassed to say. I don't know. It was stupid of me to have even looked at him like that. Like, what chance did I have? I'm a failure when it comes to relationships. And people stare at me like I'm weird when I say that I don't believe in love -- which is true. And, yes, I don't care that the Chinese zodiac says that dragons are lucky in love; I'm the exception.
The last time I saw him was in the back of the theater, on the last day of school before Christmas break 2 weeks ago, wearing that stupid/funny Christmas tie that played Jingle Bells when you pushed it (which I got to push ^_^). Not a very good last impression, though. After that, I kind of knew that I'd never see him again. I was going crazy over the holiday break and I felt like I just had to do something, so I went out and got my ears pierced for the first time, not counting the original holes that I'd gotten the day I was born. I want more, but I don't yet have fifteen dollars to dish out just to have more holes put in my head. XP
Anyway, I should stop here now. I have my chemistry and pre-calculus exams in 2 weeks, but I'm extremely stupid and haven't even started studying yet -- we were talking about density and molality and molarity earlier today and I thought my head was going to explode -- fuck, I hate school so much sometimes.
Good thing: I won the last challenge at lpffichallenge and got to set the next one -- fairy tales retold! Go me! (Considering the fact that the fanfic I submitted wasn't my favorite piece of work, winning really surprised me.) Also, I think I may just love gaochan to death, now. My writing influences her; she said she wrote about me when she was given the task to write about something/someone who had an impact on her. *HUGS* You're so awesome, Mac!
