Most random thing ever: I've just re-discovered e e cummings. I don't know how I'd forgotten (or perhaps never realized?) how delightfully, novelly insightful his work is. I've always hated trying to decipher the deep metaphor that many poets used; but I actually enjoy the layered meanings here.

And now I'm wandering around poets.org and having flashbacks to 10th grade Western Lit....
