christmas cheer.
oh my dears, i'm at sally's house. yay sally! i'm pleased. my friend lauren from poetry stuff told me the deadline for submitting to freshwater has been extended. that means i can still submit and have a chance at being published again.
also, life is looking up in terms of living arrangements. keri and chris are getting married in may and want me to be their room mate starting april.
what else is new and good? i have a major crush on a guy who works in the OR. of course, i don't know his name, only that he sterilizes scalpels and likes elvis and is sooooo hot. i made him a christmas card with a blue christmas tree saying happy blue christmas. i think i blushed when i gave it to him. i have to learn his name and find out whether or not he has a girlfriend. he flirts with me, but then so did other boys who had girlfriends. and that didn't work out well. he told me there are all these jobs opening up in his department. after i am at the hospital for about a year, i am going to switch to his department and sterilize scalpels and make love to him. at least in my ideal world.
