(no subject)
On November 23 two guys got robbed at gunpoint and abducted and driven around Buffalo for 5 hours, from a campus parking lot at night. So now I am all scared because I won't be leaving until 9ish tonight. I told mark this morning when we were leaving that I wanted a weapon to bring with me, and he told me to bring a steak knief. And me, being the dork I am, after just watching Buffy, didnt hear the knief part, and heard "bring a stake"

Or.... not. But it would have been cool. And how better to defend yourself than to pull out a wooden stake and stab the guy in the heart! Only, I don't think he would turn to dust like those nice, self-cleaning Vampires. No nasty corpses hanging around to dispose of. Maybe some brushing off to do, but other than that, no cleaning, no evidence. Too bad my potential attaker isn't a vampire, just a deranged human being.
