My wedding dress is ruined
It's been bothering me since the wedding. I couldn't understand how it happened but yesterday I looked at our cutting the cake photos and it became a lot clearer.
My dress had survived until between the meal and the evening do, when we took our things up to our room and I took my bouquet so that "nothing would happen to it". Little did I realise.... I got to the room and noticed red wine all down one side of my dress and couldn't understand where it had come from as I hadn't noticed it until then (and my dress is fine on photos until after then), I hadn't noticed anyone spilling anything on me either. Tried to get it off, but as it's red wine and my dress is silver velvet, that was never going to happen successfully.
I also couldn't understand why my bouquet also appeared to have red wine on it, until yesterday. This is one of the photos which explains:

Some fucker spilt red wine on my bouquet while it was sat on the cake table, didn't say anything, and tried to hide what they'd done by covering the spill with a napkin. You can just see where the wine spread over the table cloth underneath and the bizarrely placed napkin. I'm pissed off it wasn't spotted as it sort of spoils the photos and look of that table too. So when I carried my bouquet up to the room later, the wine shook out all down my dress.
I wouldn't have been bothered about wine getting spilt on my flowers, as they'd served their purpose, but I am very bothered about my dress. I spent ages making it, it's special to me and didn't want it to be ruined. I wanted to be able to wear it again too.
