Drabble: Bubble Bath Pep Talk
Pairing: Blair Waldorf/Damon Salvatore crossover
Note: This is what happens when Damon goes on a trip to visit Blair and they hash out their love problems together while drinking wine and eating macaroons in a bubble bath. Totally crack, but I was watching Damon's bath scene with that Andy reporter lady and recalled that Blair also had a bath scene with Serena about Chuck earlier in season 4 and thought she would make a better bathing partner. Also I have a on going belief that in between episodes, Blair and Damon are BFFs who confides in one another about their current soap opera drama while occasionally getting naked together. >_> Graphic also on tumblr.
“ You know what? This is pathetic. You shouldn’t be sitting around pining after Katherine and Elena. I mean, so what if they have impeccable taste in designer suits and make your heart skip a beat even when they say stupid things like ‘I’m Chuck Bass’ and then give you that infuriating smirk as if that was the answer to the universe!”
“Are we still talking about Katherine and Elena?”
“Whatever. The point is if they don’t know how to appreciate you properly then screw them.”
Damon is skeptical at first, but the more he listens to Blair the more it makes sense. In fact the more he thinks about it the angrier he gets. He doesn’t need Elena to save him or try to change him and he sure as hell doesn’t need Katherine’s approval to validate his existence. He’s Damon Salvatore and he doesn’t take shit from nobody.
“ You need to move on. And I am going to help you. From now on, it’s going to be you and me, Salvatore. We’re going to get through this.”
