Summary: Faith’s thoughts during her bath.
Word Count: 153
The hot water and the scented bubble bath relaxes her as she sinks deeper into the tub. She enjoys the feel of the warm water as it gently moves along her skin. Faith closes her eyes and immerses herself into the illusion that so far has fooled everyone that matters. Even Joyce didn’t clue in that her daughter wasn’t her daughter anymore. Faith sighs as she rotates her neck, easing the tight muscles and she breathes in the scented steam.
This is her body. She isn’t Faith anymore. She slips on Buffy’s personality as she drags her hands along the length of her smooth leg. She’s Buffy and Faith isn’t going to bother her for a very long time.
And by the time that anyone actually realizes that anything’s wrong, well Sunnydale will be nothing more than a distant memory for Buffy Summers. The blonde girl in the tub smiles at the thought.
