Summary: Tara and Willow take in a movie.

Willow flops down on the bed with a sigh and Tara can't help but role her eyes at how Willow looks right now.
"Maybe it's the greatest movie of all time but what a stupid name for a sled."
For a moment, Tara internally debates whether she should argue the whole metaphor with Willow before discarding the idea. There's something about her girlfriend that reminds her of the main character from the movie. Tara's noticed before how neither Willow or Xander really talk about their shared childhood. She's also seen the inside of Willow's girlhood bedroom and how it was bare of toys and personality. Even Buffy's bedroom has reminders of her childhood with stuffed animals and a few cherished toys and Buffy hadn't grown up in Sunnydale.
"I mean it was just a sled. Why bother naming it."
"Perhaps," Tara replies.
Tara lies down on the bed beside Willow, neatly arranging her body so that it fits against her girlfriend's.
"Perhaps? Come on, a guy like that and he was obsessed with a freaking sled?"
There's something in the tone of Willow's voice that Tara doesn't like so she decides to change the topic.
"Come on Pookie, it's not that bad," Tara says with a smile before she curls her fingers into Willow's side and starts to tickle her.
Willow giggles and half-heartedly pushes at Tara's hand. The blonde shift so that she's straddling Willow and tickles both of Willow's side. Willow's face becomes flushed and Tara stops her torment before leaning down to press a chaste kiss against Willow's smiling lips. Willow sighs as she pulls Tara down on top of her and holds her.
"Pookie? Isn't that Garfield's teddy bear?"
"I think so," Tara replies. "Is it too much?"
"I don't know. I've never had a nickname like it before," Willow says. "It's always been Willow or Will or Wills."
Tara wants to ask about Oz but she doesn't dare bring him up. She's grateful that Willow picked her but she's still self-conscious about the confident young man. There's no way that she can ever compare to him and it still shocks her that Willow picked her over him. Tara sighs when Willow brushes her blonde hair off of her face and kisses her again. They shift again and they're lying side by side, staring up at the ceiling of their shared dorm room.
"What about Snookums?" Tara asks with a giggle.
"Oh please no. I could just imagine the look on Xander's and Buffy's faces."
"Sweetums? Pumpkin?" Tara suggests. "Giggly Bear?"
Willow makes a retching sound before she laughs. She rolls over on her side and looks down at Tara's face.
"If you call me one of those, I'll have to call you Sweet Cheeks," Willow threatens.
"I'd have to get back at you by calling you my sweet little Bunny Wunny," Tara says before dragging Willow down for another kiss.
Willow slips her hands underneath the cotton top that Tara had donned before they went out to the movie. Her hand caresses Tara's stomach before slowly moving upwards before she cups Tara's breast. Willow kisses Tara again, relishing the sigh of pleasure she can pull out of her girlfriend.
"Do you like that Baby?" Willow asks.
"Yeah."
Willow pulls down the silky material of Tara's bra and cups her breast again. She knows from past experience, it's a bit awkward with the way the bra lays but the way that Tara arches her back spurs Willow on.

Afterwards when they're sprawled naked on top of the covers, their racing heartbeats slowing down as the sweat cools on their body, Tara kisses the curve of Willow's shoulder.
"That was nice," Tara says. "Really nice. However I still need to come up with an annoyingly cute nickname for you. Don't think I didn't notice how you distracted me."
Willow smiles up at the ceiling before pulling Tara close again.
"Well I suppose that I'll just have to keep distracting you every time you attempt to stick me with some sugary sweet nickname."
"I think I can live with that, it seems to be a win-win situation," Tara says.
