Monday, I began my last semester as a Junior at UNF. Wooooo... one more year after this and I've got my Bachelors in Science. So close, yet so far. Four more semesters to go...
I was compelled to check my transcript online and I found out that I made the Dean's List. I should have known because I already knew that I got A's in my Summer courses. I feel like I am on a roll and I can't stop now. I really need to start applying to some scholarships so I don't have to keep taking out loans. I spent over $400 on books for this semester, which is more than I have ever spent. The money went a long way though. It got me 14 books for five classes. I don't plan on selling any back because I can see myself using them over and over again. Some are important in keeping me out of trouble. Three are Ethics and Law books, which let me know what I can and can't write about so I don't get sued.
I have liked every single one of the professors I've had at UNF so far. I love the three new professors I have this semester.
Advanced Screenwriting -- (I get to finish writing my movie that I started a semester ago! I may try to sell it when I'm done... or create it myself.)
Principles of Broadcasting -- (An elective for my Bachelors)
Periods of Late American Literature -- (For my English minor)
Ethics and Law in Communications -- (For my Journalism major)
Mass Communications -- (For my Journalism major)
I didn't mention that I have a night class every night except Friday and I still have to work in the mornings and on weekends. Two days a week I spent a total of 13 hours on campus for just three classes (9 am to 9 pm). Yes, I know this sounds ridiculous, but I get to do homework in between classes and I don't have to worry about homework when I get home. Plus, I bring my laptop to school and use their wireless internet connection in the Fine Arts Center while I lounge on a couch or I use their new Dells in the library. I love it!
