Robyn: we're supposed to come up with a secret and a lie.
David: oh, yeah. a lie! I need to come up with a lie. but we can talk about our pasts.

David: then my character's past is that he's a reformed pirate.
Robyn: *stares at him. laughs out loud.* a reformed pirate? being a privateer is reforming a pirate? is this like the pirate 12-step program?!
