People Problems 101

There are two types of people: people who talk when something's on their mind, and people who don't say anything. The people who don't say anything just bottle everything up inside, and let things just build on top of each other. It has a lot to do with an inability to trust people. It's hard for them to express themselves to another. There is a general feeling that they shouldn't bother their friend, or that their friend won't really care as much as they want them to. So they just go on, ignoring their problems while this thing builds up inside them. It gets hard to sleep for them sometimes because they have so much on their mind. They probably act happy on the outside, around people, because they know how to put their brain on hold for a little while, only to turn it back on the second they're alone again. They don't like being alone. The more they're around people and keeping busy, the longer they can forget about all of the things that have been bothering them. Until one day, they can't hold it in any longer, and one random event will just break them down. To other people, this break down will seem to come from nowhere. They didn't know this person has been letting all of these events from the past few months resinate in them. The condition is totally genetic. Mothers can pass it on to daughters for sure. When they were younger, they probably saw their mother as such a nice person, so considerate, not stirring up any problems. Nothing ever got to her! Ever! They wanted to be like that too. They wanted everybody to like them too. But then one day they realize what's going on. They see what it's really like to be that way once life got to be too much for them too. And they remember seeing their mother or father or whoever crying a couple of times for some reason unknown. And now they know why they were crying.
