for lunch i pan fried the perfect 锅贴. they had the perfect balance of crisp but moist going for them. add a dash of sesame oil, and you don't even need to break out the vinegar and ginger to enjoy their lip smacking goodness.
and thus i have another item checked off the "becoming a stepford wife" list. :)
