Miranda had her baby early this morning, 6lb+ boy which they are calling Stijn. Apparently they found it was a boy ages ago, but didn't tell anyone, and M had a stretch and sweep as her water had broken a week early. They tried to get her to go into hospital as they had no midwife available, but she refused as she has 2 young kids with no-one to look after them, and the midwife they eventually sent was too late to do much but tidy the pair of them up!
I'm due at the midwife's in about 2 hours, so we shall see if its my turn now! Mum appears to be making no plans to go down south, so thats good.
