Lorisa + Sonny

Lorisa and Sonny were married back in March at Fresno City Hall, but this trip home was the first time I was able to go out and take a few of photos of them.  Sonny is set to deploy to Afghanistan with the U.S. Navy this Friday and won't be returning until June of next year, so it was especially important to me that Lorisa have some photos with her husband before he left.  This was a rather last minute shoot, since I was trying to squeeze them in just before Chris and I left for Riverside this afternoon.  We just went to the park across the street from my house and found a nice little spot for the two of them to be as lovey dovey as they wanted.

Best wishes to the newlyweds!  I'm sure the coming months will be difficult but, Lorisa and I already have our margarita night planned out and I'm sure there will be plenty of chick flicks and tears involved.
