i will be merchanting at Non Con in Poughkeepsi NY this weekend (its at Vassar College) and .....
so will the world famous web comic designer of "Something Positive".  so after many events where we were *theoretically* at the same convention, i get to meet him.

short form? i was stupid.

slightly less short form? i went to see my pearl wholesaler a bit early, on the 10th.. that means going to New York City in over 100 degree weather. i collapsed on the train on route home, and had to go to the Princeton hospital.

dad is doing well, although he had a cold.  aggressive treatment for cold and bronchitis has apparently knocked it out.  his birthday is this weekend, and we will be going out then

my cold from heck is getting better under a blistering assault by medieval medicinal theory. (spices, ginger, more hot and dry foods)
