one thing that helps ME with portion control (and eating healthier) is to make my food pretty. a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach.

this goes double since there is SO much i cant or wont eat, that many of the things other people use to punch up the flavor or etc are not available.

Planning a disaster   FOR a disaster is always tricky.....  but doing it as a "Zombie uprising" made it a bit more fun....
