On me?  A  mildly sweet, pleasant perfume, not really fruity or flowery in particular, and not chemical smelling in any way, but  “just a nice scent”. A good daily scent, or a simple going out scent.  Probably a good gift scent for people who think all the BPAL stuff is Goth or smoky.

thank you. i hope some child can use it... i know it takes many pony tails worth of hair to make one wig, even if all the ponytail hair is good. and i know not all of mine was in great shape.

i will likely whine a bit until it grows just those few more inches that make it easier to put up...

i am sorry your hair wont grow well, but it is good that you made it through everything! your daughter sounds very sweet also.

i can empathize with you. when i moved to vegas from the bay area, i cut my hair (which was half way down my back at the time) thinking "i'm moving to the desert..it's hot there!" by the time the stylist was finished, my hair was just at the base of my neck! i hadn't had it that short since i was like 10 and my mom cut it because i couldn't take good care of it. that was like 5 years ago and now my hair is just to the top of my bra strap. it's just long enough to put into a small bun. i miss the days of long braids down my back.

you've done a great thing. just keep reminding yourself of that.

one of the things keeping your hair from growing back is the dryness.. try Nexxus Humectress for regular conditioner. and use some nexxus headress (or any other good leave in, thats just the brand i use) on the hair ends every day...

my friends in denver used to have a plant mister with water and a dash of hair conditioner to keep the static down....

and yeah, i keep reminding myself. i am still at the "pet me, i am whining" stage.

My kid sister & her girls did this, too;
all four had hair down to their rumps {sigh}-
they cut it to just shoulder length.
