Getting underway to Pennsic soon
Pennsic packing is in final stages.....

whouseknecht and i managed to overheat (although not to "go to the hospital" level) so we have to move slowly... ergo i am running late.
I may need the roof rack.
so far:
linen thread (and more being shipped to the site)
silk threads (ditto)
silk embroidery floss
the last of the (sadly discontinued) Medici Wool embroidery floss from DMC
a limited selection of scissors and needles, i couldn't stock up as much this year
the Hand Made Needles from Japan are being shipped to the site. (if you haven't gotten them before they are basically sewing laurel crack...)
books (mostly needlework, some religious)
beads... all of them: turquoise, amber, jet, carnelian, pearls, pearls, more pearls....
(this includes the pearl beaded balls that are exactly like the pictures in my renaissance portrait books)
more yarn than you can comfortably imagine, SOYSILK , wool , alpaca, mohair, cashmere, silk, etc,... most of them in hand dyed colors and shadings...lace weight to super bulky.
at least 5 purebred Shetland Fleeces for spinning, clean enough to spin out of the bag if you want to.
i think i packed a few Louet hand combs...
carbonized bamboo fiber for spinners who want something non wooly....
knitting needles, crochet hooks, stitch markers, thread cutters and whatever else was in that box...
trim, on sale.. have to clear it all out to make room.
Reflective trim, on sale, really! seriously!.. no room! must go!
assorted jewelry, mostly necklaces....some hand carved Amber intaglios.... some crosses... some rings.. err.. oh i don't know, whatever....
oh.. yeah...
and the Limited Edition Tofutsies sock yarn is shipping August 1st and coming right to pennsic.... merry Xmas.....
and a bleeping partridge in a blasted pear tree, judging from my shock absorbers....
(oh yeah, plus all that ridiculous stuff i need that i am not selling.. like Garb, and food, and silly stuff like that....)
Y'all need to buy the bulky stuff, Wayne is the packing talent i have no idea how to get this all BACK in the van......
